We deliver to any location within the borders of South Africa, provided it is accessible and routinely covered by Vigitech’s couriers of choice.
We reserve the right to refuse delivery to any location which in Vigitech’s opinion is unsafe or economically unviable.
Delivery is free of charge for orders that exceed R1,000.
Where it accepts your order, Vigitech will deliver the products to you as soon as reasonably possible, but no later than 10 days of receipt of your payment. We will notify you if we are unable to deliver the products during the Delivery Period. You may then, within 3 days of receiving such notification elect whether or not to cancel your order. If you elect to cancel your order, we will reimburse you for the purchase price.
Vigitech’s obligation to deliver a product to you is fulfilled when we deliver the product to the physical address nominated by you for delivery of the order. Vigitech is not responsible for any loss or unauthorised use of a product, after it has delivered the product to the physical address nominated by you.
Prior to delivery or your collection of the products, you may cancel an order at any time provided you do so before receiving a dispatch or delivery notice. After delivery of the products, you may return the products only in accordance with the Shipping and Returns Policy.
Changed your mind returns – 7 days
If you are not satisfied with your purchase from Vigitech for any reason, you can request a refund within 7 days after the product has arrived at your address. If you would like to return your Tinitell, please contact us at email@example.com for instructions and a return authorization number. This is in accordance with section 44 of the ECT Act. Section 44 of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act is only applicable to natural persons. Additionally, you must be the end user of the product.
Only items that have been purchased directly from Vigitech, can be returned to us. Tinitell products purchased through other retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy.
To be eligible for a return, the product and its accessories must be in the same condition in which you received them (free from liquid contamination as well as physical damage). The product must also be in the original packaging and include all original accessories: 1 charging cable, 1 screw driver, 2 spare screws, the manuals. We won’t refund or exchange any product that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
To process your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. We need up to 10 days to process your request.
Your returned products must reach Vigitech no later than 4 days after the RMA is issued.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned product. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed and the amount you paid for the product will be refunded to your account within 7 days.
We do not take any responsibility for any transaction costs that appear on your end.
Products shipped to Vigitech must be properly packaged to prevent loss or damage in transit. Pack the product securely and make sure the RMA number and your return address is visible on the outside of the packaging. Then, send it postage-paid to the address stated on your RMA approval. You are responsible for the cost of shipping the products back to Vigitech as well as any and all risk of loss or damage to the products while it is being shipped to Vigitech. Please use a shipping company that can demonstrate proof of delivery. Vigitech does not accept responsibility for any lost shipments unless proof of delivery is provided.”
Warranty returns – 6 months
In accordance with the terms of the Consumer Protection Act of 2008, assuming you qualify as a consumer, then all of our products sold to you are sold with an implied warranty of quality against any defects for six months of normal household or business use, from the time we supplied the products.
Vigitech will replace, repair, or refund the price of any faulty products that you return to us during the 6 month mandatory period with the exception of refurbished or demo items.
We only replace products if they are defective or damaged.
The following will NOT be regarded as defects and will not entitle you to a warranty return
- faults resulting from normal wear and tear
- damage arising from negligence, user abuse or incorrect usage of the product
- damage arising from electrical surges or sea air corrosion
- damage arising from a failure to adequately care for the product
- damage arising from unauthorised alterations to the product
- where the specifications of a product, although accurately described on the website and generally fit for its intended purpose, do not suit you
- Vigitech will arrange for collection of the products from you.
Manufacturer’s warranty – 12 months
Tinitell AB, with headquarters in Stockholm, Sweden, offers a 12 month limited warranty on products purchased from them. This warranty is only applicable to customers who purchased directly from the US and EU shops as operated by Tinitell AB. Should product defects become evident after 6 months but before 12 months after receipt, you are welcome to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to enquire about your options. Vigitech cannot be held liable for product defects that emerges after the 6 months warranty period has elapsed.
Missing, damaged or incorrect orders
We do everything we can to ensure that your order arrives at your delivery address in a complete and undamaged condition. If you do not receive all of the products pursuant to your order, please contact us at email@example.com.
You must inspect the product(s) immediately upon their arrival and notify us within 3 days of delivery if the products arrive in a damaged or incomplete condition. If the product(s) arrive damaged or incomplete, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Vigitech will arrange for collection of the products from you and advise no later than 7 days after receipt when your replacement products will be delivered.
Vigitech preserves the right to, at our discretion, change this return policy. Such changes will be applicable on purchases made after the date when the policy was last updated.
